What Data I Collect

This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individuals, and does not collect personal data. Plausible collects only aggregate, anonymised usage data (page views, referral sources, country-level location) and is fully GDPR-compliant without requiring cookie consent. No other tracking pixels or third-party analytics are used.

When you contact me by email, I receive and store your email address, name (if provided), and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to discuss a potential engagement.

Legal Basis for Processing

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for responding to business enquiries, and on the basis of contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b)) where an engagement is established.

All client engagements are treated as confidential by default. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request prior to any substantive discussion of proprietary information.

Third-Party Services

This website is hosted on standard web infrastructure. Fonts are served locally from this domain. Anonymous usage analytics are provided by Plausible Analytics (plausible.io), which processes no personal data and sets no cookies. The contact form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), which receives only the information you submit (name, email, company, and message). Scheduling is provided via Microsoft Bookings. No other third-party services process visitor data through this website.
